AdmissionsAdmissions

We would advise that you firstly obtain a prospectus which contains useful information about our school.  All admissions for our school are administered by Suffolk County Council Admissions Team based at Constantine House, 5 Constantine Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DH, telephone number: 0345 600 0981 or e mail: admissions@suffolk.gov.uk.  The booklet Admissions to Schools in Suffolk 2018-19 explains our arrangements for admissions.  Please read the booklet before you make an online application as it contains some useful guidance. For admissions in the summer holidays you need to ring admissions on the telephone number above.

If you would like to apply for a place at our school you will need to complete either a Form CAF1 form (Admission to the first year of entry - Reception Class) or a Form CAF2 (for in-year applications to all schools), you may express up to three preferences when applying for a school place.  We recommend that you apply online please click here.  You will also need to complete and return a school application together with your child's birth certificate (original needs to be seen and a copy kept on school records) to the school.  From September 2010 the school's published admission number was reduced to 30.  This limits to 30 the size of any new year groups.

If you want to know which is your catchment school please call the Admissions Team to check.   Catchment maps are available at https://www.suffolk.gov.uk/children-families-and-learning/schools/applying-for-a-school-place/school-catchment-areas/ or you can ring the Admissions team if you would like to receive a map of the school's catchment area.  The admissions team cannot guarantee your child a place at their catchment school, therefore we strongly recommend that you apply for more than one school because of this.
